Dabbling on Conceptual Photography.... { Denver Portrait Photographer }

I've been wanting to edit photos from two shoots I did in the beginning of the year that I did specifically to create some whimsical-conceptual-different type of images from what I usually do.  Here are the first three.  Tell me what you think!

"Something in the Fog"

"Interim"

"Insider"

Lighting a world of possibilities! { Denver Portrait Photographer }

I just got back from Santa Fe, NM.  I took a week long workshop named "Small Strobes, Big Results" instructed by David Tejada and it is offered by Santa Fe Workshops.  There were other workshops at the same time as ours, and they range from Advanced Photoshop to Cultural and Documentary photography.  The experience was more than I could hope for, and I feel revitalized and more creative than ever.  Here are a few of my favorite shots.  Let me know what you think.

FIRST DAY OF SHOOTING:

 SECOND DAY OF SHOOTING:

THIRD DAY OF SHOOTING:

I hope you like them as much as I do.

Until next time!

Red { Denver Portrait Photographer }

I've been wanting to do a formal dress shoot for a while.  The perfect opportunity presented itself, and it started snowing, making it even better!  Check out the best photos from this shoot!
Special thanks to Karla the model, and Bernie the hair and make up artist!

FAB met Fantasy! { Denver Portrait Photographer }

I've been wanting to do a fantasy photoshoot for a while now.  I was lucky enough that my friend Bernie who is  a make-up artist, and my model Meagan, were more than happy to participate!
Here are a few of my favorite shots from the shoot.   I will post more photos as I edit.

Enjoy!!

Until next time!!

Word magnets...

I had friends at my place a few weeks ago. One of my guests started playing with the magnets on my fridge, next thing you know we put all of them in the table and started forming sentences. Here's what we came up with:

"Pour my heart & passion in my beautiful love"

"Take a chance"

"Take a chance and have a revolution"

"Another cinnamonish cheek lollipop..."

"Absolutely! Have a fruit day"

"Me want sweat-ish"

"...And we're done"

"Photograph the unpredictable"
Of course, the last one is my personal favorite. Until next time!
